WAHGA Event: Wednesday Evening (2nd April).

Join us at St James's Church Hall on April 2nd at 7:15 pm.  Ray Broughton will take to the stage with a talk 'Topical Tips and New Ideas'.   The talk will also include ways to improve the health and yield of our crops and will be followed by a short Q&A session.

Ray is a lively, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable speaker on all matters horticulture.  He trained at Wisley Gardens and was Head of Horticulture at Sparsholt College, Hampshire. He is a popular speaker at allotment groups and horticulture meetings and comes highly recommended. This is a fantastic opportunity to hear some new ideas for the allotment to help encourage you to start the new growing season with enthusiasm. The event will start at 7:15 with brief AGM formalities, we will then serve a choice of wine, beer and soft drinks before our guest speaker.

We'll have plenty of time following the speaker for further refreshments and a chat with other members. 

Non-WAHGA members are welcome to join us.  We suggest non members arrive at the hall for 7:30 and join us for refreshments as soon as the AGM has been completed.
